    A Newbie that needs help.

Hey everyone, I'm new to everything here, but My Uncle was a body builder. He won Mr. New Orleans and he is now a RN and about to become an anistisiologist, anyway, I'm 22, 5'6", and 168. I know, I got some flab here and I'm looking to lose i quickly. Diet wise, I'm in class all day so it's hard to eat every 3 hours. Also, I've been working out for awhile, but mostly cardio, Swimming 1 mile, running mile and a half, and 45 min of bleachers. Then weights for mostly upper body since my cardio uses a lot of legs. I'm as new as they come, I haven't used anything before. So hello everyone.

Welcome to AR bro, but this area is for introductions only. Read up on the rules and post your questions in the appropriate sections. Here's a tip, get a big cooler and fill it with food, so you can eat at school. Where there is a will, there's always a way. Good luck and again welcome.

If you enjoy swimming, swim your heart out! Swimming is one of the most aerobic, full body workouts you can do for yourself. You said that you dont do legs because you already do cardio? Lots of people say this and it kinda drives me nuts. If you work out your legs in the wieght room, cardio will get easier for you, enabling you to run farther, and thus burn more calories. Dont neglect those legs. All great structures start with the foundation man!
