Hello everyone..!
First of all, I must be honest and say, I'm not a bodybuilder or make any claims to be one as such.
But came across this forum while seeking info regarding toning myself and wife up a little.
Is this site a little to extreme for us? Have we joined the wrong place? We have no idea, I'm sure some of you will let us know if we have come to the wrong place.
Anyway, a little about us.

As you can see from the title, we are from England.
We are Mathew (35) and Angela (36) We have a little daughter called Rachael who is now just turned 12 months old.
I (Mathew) work full time, while she works part time. Afraid we don't have any exciting hobbies as such, so lead a fairly inactive lifestyle. Hence the reason for being here.
We are not really looking to be "Mr and Mrs Universe" but rather just to tone our bodies somewhat. As you can image a pregnancy has taken it's toll on Angela and she would love to try and get back to her former slim toned self.
I on the other hand have never really had a "perfect toned" body but I sure hell didn't have a pot belly before, which is what I've got now. Yes, my own fault.
Anyway, we are hoping to find some good hints, tips and advice buried in all these forum posts.
