Hey guys and gals.
Just a quick intro for everyone. Im gettin back into lifting after I broke the shit outta my collarbone in a motorcycle accident. When the crash happened I was 225-230 at about 8.5 bf and a 28 inch waist. well the time off has dropped my weight down to about 175-180 now and I am Hating bein this tiny so it is time to start lookin for some "old friends" and start packing the meat back on.
Oh well I guess we all have goals in life and the gym so like I said mine is 50 lbs hopefully within the next 2-3 months.
