I am a 30 y/o male, i am extremely overweight 6'1 315. I have never had a problem losing weight but i find not that i am 30 i dont lose it the same way i used too. My doctor gave me phentermine and i have been on it for 2 weeks. I joined this forum with the intent of gaining knowledge on how to keep the weight off. This phentermine only allows me to eat once a day. I know that is bad but I wanted to do something drastic to shock my body for the 1st 10 or 15 lbs. I started in the gym again, doing mostly cardio. I feel like iam wasting my time lifting the weights because i really dont know what exercises or how many, sets,reps to do. I am on a limited budget, so I cant buy alot of supplements or vitamins. I tried clen/cyto before and it didnt seem to work that well for me (oxyflux?). I eventually want to use other means to get swole, and i have access to them. I guess i want to know if anyone can guide me to a good workout plan, and when I can begin using the other methods, and which is good to start with. I dont want to get huge, just cut.
