First of all I would like to say hello to everyone on this forum and would also like to add how much information I have taken in over the last two weeks. I am constantly reading different posts and researching all material I can find on this site. I would also like to add that I am not interested at all in steroid use at this time as I am in no way shape or form or mentally knowledgeable to even think about the subject at this time. I am otherwise interested in cutting down my size by 63lb’s naturally and building a good base from there. My states are horrible and are as followed.

248 lb’s completely out of shape.
2 years ago I weighed 190lb’s and was still out of shape a little. It is when I quit smoking that I gained the heavy weight.
I have started my cutting diet thanks to the sticky and all of you out there that has the kindness to post pointers for people like me to use. I know there will be times that will be hard as hell and I will be tempted to eat junk and what not but I will not give up. I have tried diets in the past but was not able to grasp the concept of how a diet works. I have learned so much on this site how the body reacts to different intakes of food that I was not aware of. My other diets failed because I thought I was eating healthy but here I was not. Generally I just wanted to say Hi and it will be a long journey that I will follow to the best of my ability. I know that I can do it because the information is right HERE on these forums for me. If I can stop smoking two years ago I know I can do this. Thanks again everyone and keep an eye out for updates. I do have pictures for the start but have no results yet to show so keep and eye out.
