I have been visiting the main website for some time now..but decided to finally register and be a part of this website. I am really hoping for some help in dealing with a few items I plan to use in the up and coming weeks.
If any of you can help me out with a few questions on items/schedules/ & guidance..I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm a complete newb to this but I'm 265 at 6'1 and I want to get down to 200-215 with pure muscle definition. I'm not looking to get bulky or become a body builder...I want a new lifestyle really and a new image.
