Hey everybody. I just got out of the Marine Corps after 4 years of service. I was recently stationed in Iraq and if any of you have been over there.....during your free time....if any....there isn't much to do but lift weights. Well needless to say I did a lot of lifting over there and am happy with my build but I am looking to further my achievements and I am hoping that some of you will be able to help me out. I look forward to anyone who can assist me.
