    Hey guys!

    Whats going on guys?? Ive been reading up on this forum for a while so I figured I would join. A little bit about my self. Im 23 year old male, I am 6 foot 3 inches tall and 172 lbs after a good meal. Ive always been in to running, but here lately ive been into lifting weights. Ive already gone through a big jug of creatine and protean but im not getting the kind of results I was hopping for. I don’t realy know all the lingo yet so take it ez on me. Im looking for some direction to go, whats going to build me up the fast! Im assuming that’s what every body here for right. Any input will be much appreciated!! Thanks!!!

    p.s. im tired of this please help!! lol

    Thanks man!! ill try to post a pic soon as I can find one. That way yall will have some kind of idea of what im working with. Im not too puny, I work out with more than I weigh. but im really wanting to put on some mass!

    Welcome. If you are training right and not gaining your diet is to blame. You need to eat more to gain weight. Simple as that. Figure out around how many calories you burn in one day by using an online tool like this one.

    Try and surpase the number of calories you burn by a few hundred each day. Dont go crazy or you'll gain to much too quickly and wind up with a fat gut. =). Weight gain shakes are good as a subsitute for a quick meal but not a replacement. Try and find something without alot of sugar. Hope this helps.

    Ill bet not eating enough is part of my problem! When I was taking protean I would only drink one after workouts. Ill bet I should have had one with each meal of the day.
