    Newb

    Hey Gents,

    I just wanted to drop you all a line and thank you for all the work you have put into your posts and keeping the forum going. This I am trying to get my first cycle together and from reading your posts I am gaining more knowledge day by day. I am hoping to pick up "Bible" soon, I am hoping this will help me put together something safe. If any of you can help me out let me know.

    24 Years Old

    Weight
    190 LBS

    Height
    6ft 3'

    Body Fat %
    I am getting a test from the gym today.
    I do have a belly and want to trim down. My goal is to drop my body fat first then see what I have to work with, then take it from there. Any suggestions?



    I have gever used, and would love some suggestions??
