    Ladies and Gentlemen of the performance enhanced community. I lift heavy, I train muay thai style twice a week, I swim immediatly after weight training using a tabatta sprint training methodology. My diet is spoadically great and shit, but generally within 3500k/cal range, (very seldom over, often under). Despite all these favourable ingredients my physique is closer to austen powers than lawrence delaglio. I am happy to use various chemical substances provided they do not kill me, induce psychotic tendencies toward my girlfriend and infant children, or stop me from shagging on a regular, non- drug assisted basis. Anavar sounds like fun, DHEA, Sten, Equipoise, Masteron, EPO, Andriol, don't seem far of the mark either. Please help, i want to be sexy for once in my life, without having to rely soley on my charming wit and sparkling personality.

    Welcome to the board. You definately seem of age, but how old are you and what are your goals?

    I am 26 years old, I live in North London. I am 6'3" tall. I currently weigh 19 1/2 stone (273lbs), Would hazard a guess that my ideal "fighting" weight is around the 18 stones (252lbs) category. I have already attained a very satisfying level of strength using a high intensity, drug free protocol. However with the stress and upheaval of running my own business and having recently started a family, i have cosistently added body fat and felt more and more lethargic. Therefore my goals are laregly aesthetic. I would like to loose some inches but without losing the muscle and strength I have attained since I began training 8 years ago. It would be nice to be able to fit into some clothes I havn't worn for a while, and to feel a spring in my step once more. I have already experimented with Ephedrine, caffeine and asparin but I felt like shit and think this may be a result of overstimulating an already tired system. Some muscle size increase i can live with but would rather not get to much bigger as i am already a very large bloke. Your thoughts would be much appreciated.

    Welcome to AR! Sounds like a cutting cycle is what you are looking for.

    I agree, however there seem to be a myriad of different cutting cycles, all with a large effective dose range. I would like to disrupt my natural hormone production as little as possible, but at the same time do not want to waste my money on nervously low dosage which has no effect. By the way, read somewhere that low dose test supplementation can actually improve endogenous hormone production? Is this aqn appropiate factor to consider or is it barking up the wrong tree?
