Hi guys...my friend referred me to this forum when I asked him for tips on working out a couple of weeks ago. I've been reading some of the posts trying to understand terms and all that. People seem pretty nice on this forum and not as intimidating as I thought it would be.
I just started a month or less than a month ago and I pretty much don't know enough about the proper way to work out. I'm 27 years old, 5' 11" and 190 lbs. Are there any FAQ sheets or forums where I can find the newbie questions?
