i train for over 8 years now and all the knowledge com from reading magazine and bodybuilding site
one of the thing i learn is not to listen to stupid "know it all " in gym
that got 22% bodyfat and big acne problem with Girl breasts.....
it take me 3 years to membership because im to stupid..lol
it will take me a other 1 year to find the way to to put my pictures ..
