    New Kid on the block

Whatsup guys(and gals).Ive been reading threads on AR for about a month and like what I saw,so I registered.........A little about myself,I am 28 years old,6'3",and about 175-180 lbs.I am the ultimate hardgainer....ive always been skinny.I have never really worked out "dedicated and seriously" except for a few months this year..I have been learning a lot though, but SOOOO much more to learn.....
PLEASE take me serious though.I am MOTIVATED and DEDICATED.I am ready, and WILL make a change.
My goal is not to be a proffessional body builder,I dont need to be huge, and have no intention of starting on AS anytime soon(or maybe even ever,we will see). What i do want is to put on about 40 pounds and have an evenly distributed and proportionate build.BREAKDOWN:I wanna be dead sexy...lol.
My legs are very skinny, when i was 17 i fractured my tibula(kneecap),and due to some atrophy i dislocated it about once every 2 years for a while.lol.so basically i have a slight "bad knee".nothin that will stop me,I do squats with as much as I can(not very much, lol).but just wanted to throw the info out there.

Sorry for blabbin on,but I would appreciate any help, advice,or just pointers on my goals of gaining wieght, buildin lean muscle mass, and gettin dead sexy..lol.You guys have a real good thing goin here, thanks for your time.In the meantime I will be reading and rereading the educational threads.......Thanks again
    your boy, meth

If you've only been training seriously for a few months you don't know if you're an ultimate hardgainer or not. Eat a lot and do basic compound exercises like squats and deadlifts with heavy weight. If you have problems staying motivated, find a workout buddy. You're less likely to skip a workout if someone is expecting you there.

Welcome to AR! Check out the workout section to get a handle on how to create a proper ruitine for yourself, and also the diet section. There is alot of great info on how to bulk for hard gainers.
