    new guy

    Hey guys been reading post for a while and have decided to start doing some posting. I am eager to chat and learn. To give you a little bio I am 6'4" 235-240 depending on the time of year. If anybody has any suggestions on growing lean and big just dorp me a line or pm me.

    welcome! check out the workout,diet,etc forums, then, create a good thread in the proper forum asking questions that you need answers to if you can't supply yourself with the answer from research (also good tool for having knowledgeable (and unknowledgable) people critique your diet,workout etc etc). good luck learning and welcome again!
