Recently had to move to new state and couldnt work out for about a month. Kept my diet in check and did cardio as often as time would allow, but not as much as before the move, (2-3 times/week post-move, 5-6 pre-move). Run between 3-5 miles each time. Anyway, after a month off, had small loss of muscle but stayed in almost same condition during and after the move. But after a month off from the gym, had the worst stretch marks I have ever had, and hadnt been lifting for a month! Anyone else have experience/advice on why this happened?
