    Hello,

    I've been reading the board for almost a week now, constantly doing research. I love it here, just wanted to stop by and say hello.

    Just started my first cycle of Test Cyp @ 250mg every 3 days (Tomorrow will be my second injection). Other than mild hot flashes and my arm still being sore from the injection (no lumpage), things are great and I'm loving it.

    I'm not sure if my strength should improve this quickly, but my endurance and focus sure has (maybe it's mental, but it sure helps :P). Developing mild acne on my upper arm, other than that, zero issues, really.

    Into my 3rd injection.

    I will have detailed pics when the cycle is through.

    1-5 Test C. @ 500mg
    5-10 Test C. @ 500mg + Deca (dont know mg intake i will do yet)

    As it stands, my diet is to eat everything I see. :P And it seems to be working,
    Pre Cycle specs 5'10 149 as of July 25th.

    As of this morning 5'10 160 lost alot of fat around my mid section. My BF precycle was roughly 9-10% if I had to guess. Not bad? 10lbs in a week, lol.

    I simply only injest water or gatorade for liquids daily, protein shake 3x a day, 4x meals a day @ 1k calories roughly. 2x workouts every other day.

    No PCT setup yet.
