Thread: Noob here with some ?'s

    Exclamation Noob here with some ?'s

    I'm gonna get straight to the point. I'm contemplating taking steroids and just had a few ?'s to make sure I do this the right way. Im 20 and about 145-150 lbs and I need some muscle on me because I hate being not as big as id like to be. So I need to know whats the best way to take this pill/injection? Dosage/How often to take? Supplies I may need? Usual cost? Anything would help me out and I really appreciate it.

    First of all welcome.

    Secondly. At 20 you are still too young to be messing with AAS, I know you want to grow and probably feel frustrated but believe me my friend food is the answer. Do some research here,ask as many questions as you wish but please do not rush into taking something that may not be benificial to you at this moment.

    So what can you recommend for a skinny kid to gain and mold some bulk? What supplements and work out routine?

    try supplementing with whey protein, carb powders, creatine and making sure you are meeting the minimum nutritional requirements each day from good food sources, shooting for 1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight every day.

    check out the diet forum and read the sticky "how to bulk" this would be a good place to start your diet, and contains some useful information you may not be aware of yet.

    Welcome to AR. IMO you should wait a few more years prior to starting any AS cycle. At 20 yrs old you still should be able to take advantage of your normal testosterone production to put on some quality gains. In the mean time....still around and do plenty of research to educate yourself about AS use.

    The biggest "secret" of getting big is making sure your diet is spot on. I dont mean people that go "yeah i eat real healthy mostly" just because they use brown bread instead of white. Im talking about calculating macros for every meal and always eating on time. Dont cheat, dont drink alcohol and train hard and you will grow big. Dont look to supps to be a magic pill or steroids, they are simply the icing on the cake. Check out the diet forum it contains invaluable information.

    Welcome to AR! There is alot of excelent info on how to bulk for hard gainers in the diet section. Also, there is some great ruitines in the work-out section.

    With a proper diet and workout ruitine, I'm sure you'll put on weight quickly.
