    I'm back...

    Hi Guys!

    I love this forum!!!!
    I used to take a look at the member picture section as inspiration...
    Than I found out that the forum was down?!?!

    Today I discovered that the forum is online!
    I'm more than happy that I'm able to use this forum again!

    About me:
    I'm
    5'10
    192lbs
    about 10%BF

    I trying right now meltdown Training...
    I want to cut a little more...
    That's also why I'm on a diet right now...
