my gym is my garage got a chit load of equip in their

bench: 235lbs
dumbbel curls: 70lbs
squat 200lbs
my body fat is around 12 or13 % enough for top abs to show, obliques to show cut down all the way to let the ladies follow the love line![]()
but i cant see my bottom abs cause of that still stubborn body fat ( boy dont u love that body fat around ur belly button.. ( but im working on it )
diet is good and clean , no fast food mostly home cooked meals, i love my protien shakes ( i just dont see how i could go on with out them) i know some of u dont like muscle milk but man i love that chit , that and my On whey
workout 3 days a weeks 2 days off with the left over 2 being my choice days ,
i guess that sounds kind of dumb , what i mean by that is ill use those days for endurance, or extra what if days...
i dont have like soldiyears and years of exp like alot of u but my exp goes high school athletics football 3 years, i was 185lb, ran into some problems ending highschool and early college dropped me down to 145lb but i gott of all that chit and got my chit back to gether and building it all back
but yeah thats me ... ill get some pics ups when i go out and buy another digi camera since ppl like to break chit thats not theirs
