    Wanting Gains Fast!!!!

How are you all. Here is the story I served 5 years in the military and was a constant presence in the gym. I am 5'11 and stayed at 200lbs. and about 7-8% body fat. I have been out for almost two yeers, and have dropped to about 15% body fat and Im at about 190lbs. I have hit the gym hard the last week and want to try a short cycle for some fast gains to get back close to where I was. Is there any recomendations for me. I want to harden my body, no more wait gain 200lbs. is right where I want to be. I need to drop some fat quick, and add hard muscle. Thanks

According to your math, you've lost about 25 lbs. LBM. Therefore, you need to gain 25 lbs. LBM and lose 14-15 lbs fat to get back to where you were. You can't really do this "quick". I would follow the above advice or if you have a little patience, consider and HGH cycle. On a 12 week test cycle, you should put on about 20 lbs. LBM along with some fat and it's up to you to stay as lean as can be expected during the cycle and then cut down after using proper agents.

    Welcome to AR!

With muscle memory, you should have no problem reaching that again. If you still want to do a cycle, then I'd give your body some time to addjust back to dealing with the BB lifestyle.

Unfortunately 'fast' gains are hardly retainable.

Cycle is not the way to go bro. You can acheive natural gains without. You dont need it if you dont want to go over 200lbs

Yep. In all honesty Im always a little fatter on cycle. You dont need any AAS. Clean up your diet and read up on clenbuterol or something.

    Doc Susts 3x3

Do Doc's German Block training for eight weeks. It will prime your body and you should see some great strength gains. Not BB style but it will get you used to moving weight and concentrating on BASIC moves. You will get freaky strong with the major lifts
Note: It is hard to stick with the workout 3 times a week and kinda boring but it's a great primer. Check it out:

Welcome to AR and HOO-YAH from a fellow vet. Sounds like you were pretty solid in the service, but civvy life has made you soft. I can relate!

Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend quick fat loss as most who go that route rebound and end up fatter than when they began. I'm gonna pass along advice that I've garnered from the various posts of AR monitors, vets, and senior members. I'll also include some MILSPEAK to get the point across.

    1) Do 45-60 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach at a nice steady pace (i.e., like humping a ruck on a steady march instead of a 4 mile timed run). Your body will tap into those fat reserves for energy.
    2) Change your diet. Use whole foods (i.e., macros) to get your nutrients. Eat a wide variety of meats/poultry/fish, complex carbs, and veggies. Getting some essential fats in your diet via various protein sources is best, but you could supplement with some flaxseed oil if necessary. I**mfkr is really knowledgable and very helpful with diet information and tips.
    3) You seem to already know your stuff with the iron, but I'd spend some time under the weights and get my body in the necessary condition before starting a cycle. However, it's ultimately your decision if and when to use.
    4) SMAN and C-Bino (AR monitors) routinely advise people to "educate before you medicate." IMO, that's THE BEST advice anyone can give. Know, plan, and acquire your PCT before you gear up.
    5) Take what I type with a grain of salt. I'm an AAS virgin so WTF do I know? But these AR monitors, vets, & senior members have the knowledge and experience to back their words up. I think as AR newbies, we should try to utilize the information they impart to us. At the very least, it's not only respectful but the responsible thing to do.

Cheers and best wishes to you! Good luck with your goals!!
