    Well New Here

    well nice board ... glad to stop by a little about me I am 35 5"11 280# about 14% BF been BB for more than 12 years and running AAS for 10 of them years .. i was laid up for almost 2 years from a bike Wreck ... but been back training for several months now and GLAD AS HELL LOL..... But I am an old school boy but always looking to learn new things .. So i hope to stick around and learn And help if i can
