Hi everyone. Im 26, 5'5" 140lbs VERY average vuild with a desk belly!!! WHICH i am actively trying tog et rid off... im training for a full marathon (26.2 miles) and am actually really enjoying my new active lifestyle.
I have never ever stepped into a gym, so all this is SO new to me. I am prone to losing a lot of weight when I do cardio, so I want to balance that with a weight training program. I do not want to look SUPER BIG, just buffed up so I look good, u know?
Do you know if there is something I can use to help me out?
