I'm new to this forum but not the sport of weight lifting. Um... I'm 5'10, 154 lbs., 6-7 percent bodyfat, and 18. I started working out around 7th grade because my brother was doing it, and have been hooked on it ever since. My highest weight was 165 same percent bodyfat, but then I got my girlfriend, and have slacked off for a year. And, well, I've decided to get back on the road to bodybuilding!![]()
