hey everybody, i been reading and watching these boards from a distance for about 4 years now...finally decided to join up. i've been lifting for about 5 years now(all natty) but injured my back about 8 months ago, had to stay off the weights for a while, doing so also packed on a few lbs...heh, so im finally getting back into it... i'm almost 22 standing 6' at about 220lbs 18-19%bf...short term goal is to drop back down to the low teens on bf and then long term try to build some lean mass from there...anyways, just wanted to make a formal introduction and i hope to be as active as i can on here!!
diet: pro/carb/fat
7am - chicken pan cooked with fat free cook spray 44/0/13; oats 6/25/2
9:30 - protein shake in water 52/8/2
11:30 - chicken pan cooked with fat free cook spray 44/0/13; broccoli steamed .5cup 4/<1/7
2pm - food bar 23/38/6
4:30 - chicken pan cooked with fat free cook spray 44/0/13; oats 12/50/4
5:30 - NO-Xplode 0/9/0 ---GYM w/cardio
8pm - protein shake 52/8/2 ---post work out nutrition
oh yeah, and throughout the day toss in half a dozen to a dozen egg whites as snacks =)
i will be changin some stuff up, swapin up the veggies for lunch, tossin in an extra protein shake, and swappin a chicken meal for either some lean beef or lean pork sometimes even tuna...but for the most part, i dont really care...i dont do salt or ketchup, so most of my food is pretty dry and plain, i guess it helps out a bit...i can eat anything pretty much no matter how it tastes and as long as i can get it down, it stays there...any suggestions?? am i eating too much/too little for a cutting diet...or completely eating wrong?
wake up, wash, rinse, repeat....kinda hard to work from 7:30 in the AM to 4 along with classes and still have a decent life in college... either way, just wanted to introduce myself
