taking the plunge
5'9" 175-180, 24yo. Lifted thru HS football (lightly, cornerback), and picked it back up again a little over 2 years ago. I still play ice hockey in a rec league but I lost weight after HS down to 160 or so. Ive gained 20lbs since i started working out again, but alot of BF, scale says 18 after 6mo of a cleaner diet. Im still eating all the good foods I can to gain wieght, my goal is 200 by next June, closer to 12% BF for the summer. Im working on a diet and Ill start my first cycle in three to four months after getting settled with all my changes. Here goes!
