Just wanted to say hello. I have been lurking around for a while and wanted to get a few of my questions anwsered so i decided to finaly register.
Love the site, there SO much info here.
Been lifting for about 3 years on and off. just about 3 months really serious though. Been going about 5-6 days a week and trying to eat real clean.
My goal is 225lbs then cut, I am 195-199 currently.
Well i hope to talk with everyone soon.
