I will be joining the marines in about a year but before I do I want to bulk up. I've been lifting for 2 years and i quit because i couldnt bust over 180 pounds. I quit lifting and went to college at Kent State University for 1 year but then I lost most of my muscle and I have about 18% body fat (sick).
