Cool Hey I just Joined Wasup

I will be joining the marines in about a year but before I do I want to bulk up. I've been lifting for 2 years and i quit because i couldnt bust over 180 pounds. I quit lifting and went to college at Kent State University for 1 year but then I lost most of my muscle and I have about 18% body fat (sick). I want to know what is the best way to bulk up relatively fast. Email me at ovatoc_kai_tiun@yahoo.com

    Welcome to AR!

I'd edit your email address out, because it's just begging for a scammer to email you. If you do want to use an email to contact people on AR, the best would be to create a secure email address at hushmail.

    Welcome

Don't rush in to any cycle just yet. You've got plenty of time to get your knowledge base up to par, get your diet in check, plan a cycle, get back in to the gym natty for a few months, run a nice twelve week cycle (which could very well put you at the 200lb mark) and be off pct and AAS clean for any drug test the Marines might give you. Don't rush into this but I'll admit, I'd like to go into the Marines as big and cut as possible.

    Welcome Aboard!

I wouldnt bulk just yet...18% BF is a little high... Get yourself back in the gym, start eating correctly and bring your BF down to 12% minimum....from there you can start bulking!

    Careful

Watch it. Read and get to know the board. Until you can advice cycles for newbies, understand the many different methods and theories of PCT and can understand the anabolic and androgenic properties of the major steroids, just read. Seems like you are looking for a source and 1) you don't need AAS yet and you are barking up the wrong tree if you are looking for a suppier.

    Chill Winstonnnnnn.

Hey Dude, if you are joining the Marines why do you want to bulk up?? Surely you need to concentrate on cardio and endurance training!

agreed. at 18% a cut would be more appropriate for the marines. If you go there looking buff it will all be gone during training due to the high volume cardio and diet.

Trust me, I was a naval corpsman attached to a marine unit in the Middle East. You don't need to be thinking about bulking up prior to boot camp. You'd be better off working on your endurance (i.e., run your ass off) and doing marine-style PT. Plus, you'll get tested for AAS and God forbid you pop a positive - court martials, brig time, forfeiture of pay/rank, etc. Wait until after boot camp to get back into lifting, because you won't be able to touch a weight until then. Also, hold off on the AAS until you get out, 'cause the punishment system in the military is no joke.

Anyhow, welcome to AR and good luck in boot.
