Hello, to everyone. I just came across this site on pure accident and have been hooked ever since. I have spent most of my time looking around and learning as much as possible. I think my head is about to explode. I am 31 and recently decided to start training for power lifting. I just figured this would be a great hobby I could do for years to come. I have trained off and on in different styles since I was in my teens. I am in pursuit of strength, power, and speed. Have only tried AS a little bit in my early 20’s. I am 5’10’’1/2 around 275-300 wanting to compete in the 308 class. I have only been squatting, bench, dead for the last 2 months really all raw for now with only wrist wraps, knee wraps, and a belt. I box squatted 600, benched 405, and dead lifted 575. I plane on training for a while before I seek further supplementation. I better stop I have a tendency to ramble. late
