    Welcome to AR!

Creatine is totally fine for you. Your muscles will not feel watery. Creatine CEE is the best kind.

A good multi vitamin is the best suppliment that you can take.

Aswell, a good protien shake would definately help out.

Only 15? Too bad about the rules, but like Dragonslayer says - you can still do some research! There's a lot of good info on this site, so educate yourself. Creatine won't give you "water muscles." However, if you play sports with a lot of continuous running (like basketball), you may experience cramps. Creatine is best in the offseason, when you're lifting to improve your size and strength for increased speed, vertical jump, etc. IMO, there's not as much continuous running in baseball, but rather short sprints with adequate breaks inbetween. I played university football (Div I-A) and the guys who used creatine during the season cramped up a lot, even when supplementing with taurine and potassium. In addition, when I was in the military, other guys who used creatine often cramped up on runs of 2 miles or more. Besides, you shouldn't be on creatine 12 months out of the year, so you can cycle it around your sports and use it during the off season. This is just my 2 cents, so spend it how you like. Again, welcome and see you in 3 years!
