I joined this forum so i could get some help from guys who are experianced in steroid use and getting our bodies into shape.
I am a semi professional kickboxer, and would like to "get bigger" and more ripped. I train 4 times a week kickboxing, and 2-3times weight training (i dont work out 7 days, sometimes ill kickbox in the morning and weight at night). i mainly train 5 days a week.
I want to get rid of some unwanted fat, gain lean muscle and also have a lean looking 6pack. My goal is to gain about 5 - 6kilos of lean muscle.
I have only got back into training about 4mths ago, after an injury which kep me out for about 6mths. During my 6mths off, i put on about 8kilos, and was a big of a fatso. My weight was about 102 kg, and today i currently weigh about 90kg. Since i am about 6"4, i want to get bigger and break into the heavyweight division. Since we are not professional, steroid use isnt an issue here in australia, because its not considered performance enhancing - you still get K.O'ed!!
I have a fight coming up in about 8 weeks and would like to get on to the gear to improve mainly my look. I am pretty fit, but i want the looks to match the performance.
Can somebody give me some suggestions on where to start and what exactly to do?
