    Gday guys
    Just want to say great site you have running here.
    Its very helpful. Im 33 yrs old and am from Australia and just getting back into the swing of things.
    so i do have a few questions i just hope i do it the right way without upsetting anyone.
    A freind of mine has an oil base bottle that has an expirey date of Aug 2004 is it wise that he take it or should it be discarded.

    Mate, good to see yet another aussie on the board, there are quite a few here. As for the juice I think that is getting a bit old. I certainly wouldnt risk it.

    Hey champ...im from aust also..my ex owned horses n ive been around them my whole life..to answer ur question , yes id ues it...i asked her vet about gear(no he wouldnt give it to me...)on expirary dates and he said that oil based steroids dont jus go off like milk, they jus start to break down..about 4 yrs he said its ok..it will jus get weaker yr by yr..egrop at 100mg will be only 75mg a yr out..and so on, as for water based he said about 3 months then bacteria can form..

    My wife also is into horses and has been since she was a lttle lass but has not riddden for about 6yrs and lost contact with all her vet friends, Not to happy about that
