    hoping to learn from others

    Hi,

    Im happy to have found this site. Have already learned alot that I did not know. I will be starting a cycle and am hoping for some cycle, stacking, diet and training advice.

    I am 35 years old 5'8" tall and 185 lbs. I have about 16% BF I did a cycle of Sust 250 4 years ago without stacks. I was not as strict at my diet as I should have been so did not get the gains and results I should have. I have a great training schedule. I have a cycle of sust 250 and clom. I was going to stack with var and nov. I want to get some great gains from this cycle and am committed to it. I need some help with my diet, supplements and correct pro and carb intake. I really want to learn from those who more. Any suggestions?

    There is so much info it can be overwhelming.You can research some info ask 10 ?'s and get 10 different answers. But its great. I've learned so much in just 1 week
