    Hi from Down Under!

    Just thought id say hello to all.

    Im looking forward to contributing what i know and learning from others. Seems like a great bunch of ppl on here, hopefully a few from Australia too.

    I’m from Vic, but lived in Perth most of my life.

    Been training for 7 years and have spent almost that whole time learning as much about BB as I can through mainly the internet and books (and lifting).

    Never knew this forum existed, looks like the place to read up on before/if I decide to go to the dark side.

    Im heading to hong kong in may for business. I suppose singapore is quite different, but what is the income, tax, and prices like over there compared to australia?

    Im looking to spend a year in hong kong if i like it and if the money is right (no income tax i hear...)

    There is income tax in HK but the max tax rate is around 16%. If you travel a lot and you are out of the country for a certain period of time you dont pay tax at all there. I prefer Singapore as a place to live, HK is too cramped and accomodation is rediculously expensive.
