My waist! and my upper arms are about the same size but not as lean and weak, Been working out about two weeks and nearly ruptured both of my Biceps,Doing curls with an embarrasing set of 30 lb dumbells,That's OK during the course of my life there were many tears and repairs and I'm no stranger to the pain or Meds,Have a high tolerance for both! I think this is a great place for info,Hope I can get a good layman's education LOL!
