    I need your advice.

    Hello! Nice to be here.

    I am looking in to seroids to gain some needed weight. I am extremely thin and have much trouble putting on weight. I lift about 4-5 days a week and am trying to keep up a diet between 4000-5000 calories. I have been at this for nearly a year.

    I am not interested in competetive weight lifting, I just want to put on about 20-30 pounds and maintain it. I am curious as to what cycle would work for me. I am 6'2 158lbs. Please, any advice to point me in the right direction is much appreciated.

    try protien and creatine, your too skinny for steroids

    Welcome to AR!

    As said above, at only 158lbs for 6'2" you are not nearly ready for aas.

    Check out the diet section, there is a great sticky about how to bulk. Definately check that out.

    Welcome to AR!! Get yourself on some creatine and whey protein. At 6'2" & 158 lbs you need to put on about 40 more quality lbs naturally. BTW, how old are you?

    I took everybody's advice and upped my protein, got on creatine as well as NO2, while maintaining a great workout regime and have since gained 50 lbs!
    Currently:
    Weight: 208lbs
    Height: 6' 2"
    Age: 24
    I am consuming about 4000-5000 calories daily and a bit over 200 grams of protein.
    I still want to gain more muscle mass.
    What do ya'll think?

    well done meerkat goes to show you dont need to rush into ass and youve put the extra weight on you wanted natural good work and well done

    NO2 with creatine awsome loving it plus iam eating tons of hamburger chicken and tuna along with a 900 calorie protein shake when taken with milk
