I am looking in to seroids to gain some needed weight. I am extremely thin and have much trouble putting on weight. I lift about 4-5 days a week and am trying to keep up a diet between 4000-5000 calories. I have been at this for nearly a year.
I am not interested in competetive weight lifting, I just want to put on about 20-30 pounds and maintain it. I am curious as to what cycle would work for me. I am 6'2 158lbs. Please, any advice to point me in the right direction is much appreciated.
