    Arrow Forum Newb

    I've been lifting for a while but only seriously for the last year. I've read everything I can get my hands on and am still looking to learn more. Just wanted to pop in and say hi.

    Age: 22

    BF: approx 15%-17%

    My BF is way up due to injury, just getting back into the gym this week!

    work out for another 2 months and nobody here will give you sh*t cause ur stats are lookin good to me... I learned everything about roids on this site.. now I hook up all my boys and make sure they do it right.. u'll learn everything u need to know here... Best of luck bro and if you evern need help PM me.. I'm all about makin friends here..

    Glad to know the board is friendly. I've got a diet in mind but need to put it all on paper and make sure the stats add up.

    I was up to 194-196lbs before the injury, I'm hoping I can get back there and lean out a bit before summer!
