hi all just want to know afaw things... im 270-280lbs but dont look like any pro, but now im think about ( using ) i've been working out for 9-10 years not that,thats a lot but i have 3 1/2 black marbel books of presonal work out tips that work. i've face so many plat-toe's it's not funny. but i've seen alot of guys get burned. out their by cons, i have some vacation time coming up, i'll be off for atless 3-4month, i dont have friend cause what i do/job... in what they do on a cycle i do when im zone out... now i think i can/ no i know i can go pro..but need help... if you can help hit me at
