I just want to say Hi hello: ! I'm a new member - been working out el natural for 4-5 years. 5 6" - 173 - 16% bf (I know)
I got most of my questions answered already cycles, diet, stacks, etc..- this is a great forum, very "Newbie" friendly!
I promise I won't ask any dumb questions and research what I can before hand.
can't wait for my gear to arrive!
