    Lightbulb hello

HI, hows it going. I've been lifting weights since i was about 11 or 12.I am 21years old I am six foot four inches and weigh about 264 pounds. My body fat is about 10-20 percent. I've recently started back hard in the gym and am looking up GOOD supplements.I would like to get shredded for this summer, by shredded I mean keep my muscle and loose some fat. I'm a full time College student. I used to be on the football team and got tired of it.I've taken Gnc supplements before but have not gotten the results I was looking for. I'm on here looking for a little bit of INfo. Well, take it easy.

getting shredded is all about your diet. supplements will just aid you in that.

post your average daily food intake either here or in the diet forum and we can start there to help you out

I dont count exact calories but I stick to a basic serving size. I consider a serving of protien that is sufficient to be about or around the size of my fist. Im trying to lose weight so I go low on the carbs. My problem is sticking to the diet, but when I have gotten down to around 225 and 240lbs I dont look cut I just look thinner. Thanks for the comments. I would say my average calorie intake would be around 2000 to 3000 calories. My body is very sensitive to what I eat. When I have done the high protien diets with fruits and vegetables as my only carbs I got down to about 228, down from where I am at which is 264,however i just looked thinner not big yet cut (probably genetics). I have done most calorie calculators which say that I can eat up to upwards of 3000 cals and maintain weight. I know I dont eat upwards of 3000 calories and yet I dont lose any weight. If you have any suggestions about my diet and supps. I'd appreciate it. I work out 6days a week doing weights 3 days and cardio 3days. This week I was unable to workout.

    265lbs., 6ft. 4in., Body Fat around 10-25%
