Been reading on the forum for a month or 2, thought I would reg. and post from time 2 time. Started getting back in tha iron game about 6 months ago at age 41, used to lift big time thru the late eighties and into the nineties, not looking to get back to where I was but do want to add some muscle and drop som fat, back in tha day ht 6 wt 215 bf about 12%, now ht 6 wt 185 bf about 18%. Anyway probable won't post that often just jump in from time to time and ask for advice. Im out.![]()
