Hey I have been a long time lurker, and reader and thought I would go ahead and join up and introduce myself. Although I have no first hand experience with gear, I am still young and experiment with various supplements to see what I find to be the most beneficial, and have lifted on and off for roughly 5 years.(Maybe when I hit an extended plateau in another year or two I will try something basic)On and off meaning I played high school football and destroyed my shoulders and have now had 6 surgeries, both scope and open in both shoulders, which explains my lapses in lifting weights and my weight loss and now my climb back to the top. Right now I am experimenting with different workout routines and experimenting with rest pause training, and rep pace, and things of that sort. Well gotta get some sleep, I am looking forward to learning alot while I am here.

5am- 1/2 cup oatmeal-prewkt supps-noexplod/OJ shake
8am mrpshake-apple,banana-some kinda carb usually a sweet potatoe
10am sandwich turkey&cheese-carrots water
12pm lunch-grilled bnless&sknless chicken breast-green vegis(either pees or broccoli-sp?), tortilla or bread.
2:30pm snack peanutbutter sandwich, fruit, supps
6pm some kinda meat(beaf or chicken)-salad(roughage)-and bread or tortilla
10pm bedtime shake consisting of 1/2 mrpshake mixed with scoop or two of slimfast powder-banana-1/2milk,1/2water-vitamin powder-supps like gh booster-zma-others.

again-I am no expert on what does and doesnt work, I am just sampling a little of everything and different doses and supps at the moment. But I definitely love the noexplod and animal pak, need some more cellmass though. those will pb be my staple supps from now on. Any recommendations on other worthwhile supps to try is welcome as well.
