hi there, my name is tim, i have been training for about 8 months now. i have tried a few supplements now but only the basics.
- various creatines
- various protiens
- size gainers
- fat strippers
- muscle leaners
non of these though have done much for me.
now before you all shout at me (lol) i am new to the steriod scene and have been recommend a few things for my first cycle.
methodrol has been recommend to me, i have been told to take milk thistle with this as well as red yeast rice Q10.
am i on the right track???
i am 20 years of age and dont want to be taking the most "hardcore" steriods for my first cycle.
any advise would be greatly apreciated as am i due to start the cycle within a few weeks.
(sorry if i have been a "typical" newbie.)
