    hey there all

    hi there, my name is tim, i have been training for about 8 months now. i have tried a few supplements now but only the basics.

    1. various creatines
    2. various protiens
    3. size gainers
    4. fat strippers
    5. muscle leaners


    non of these though have done much for me.

    now before you all shout at me (lol) i am new to the steriod scene and have been recommend a few things for my first cycle.

    methodrol has been recommend to me, i have been told to take milk thistle with this as well as red yeast rice Q10.

    am i on the right track???
    i am 20 years of age and dont want to be taking the most "hardcore" steriods for my first cycle.

    any advise would be greatly apreciated as am i due to start the cycle within a few weeks.

    (sorry if i have been a "typical" newbie.)

    if youve only been training for 8 months you should not try any type or form of steroid of ANY kind. train for a couple years and gain as much muscle possible until you take your body to the next level.

    make sure your eating right, about 1.5 grams of protine per lb of muscle
    high carbs on work out days and eat clean. thats if ur trying to gain muscle mass

    stick to creatine, protine, aminos, multi vit, FOOD and SLEEP
