first off, ill introduce myself, im jody, im 34, 5'4 and here is the kicker, im 118lbs, havebeen since i was 15 and unable to gain any weight,
i eventually gave up trying, i was eating healthy and working out hard every other day, 5 out of 7 days. i can eat anything and i mean anything, ie ten cheeseburgers from mc'ds in a sitting and not gain once ouce of fat,
i starteed eating more often and healtier and drinking 3 73grams of protien shakes (muscle juice) with out an ouce of weigth gain, i can lose 5 lbs sleeping at night, i have had my thyroid tested with no problems, docots says i just have a really reaally fast metabolism, and my body only takes in what it needs and gets rif of he rest. now, i am thinking of starting a cycle of deca, dianabol and sustanon. my goal is to get up to 150 lbs and maintain it, and still be cut, currently i am small but very defined, i know i need to put the mass on first then define but im looking for hints of dosages, and how lomg my cycles shouls be, have read everything from 6- 12 weeks
i know im a newbie but please dont flame me, wnt to get the advice befor i do something stupid and hurt my body, and im hoping you ladies and gents can help me.
