    new and need to lose.

    Hi all, Im 23 6'5" i weigh 340 lbs, and dont know my bf%, ive been lifting on and off since i was in high school. Numbers arent impressive but substantial. My main goal now is to lose weight, by the summer. Still lifting four days a week im now adding treadmills and bikes, followed by a walk after dinner to my routine. I hope this sounds like it makes sense, but its to the best of my knowledge. Thanks.

    well it didnt go as well as planned. its been almost a year and im only down to 295. id like to hit 265, thats my goal, depending on how i look.

    Yeah ive gone through it a couple of times and taken a bunch of helpful info from there. but does not eating breakfast hurt me or help? i wont eat until break at nine, after working for two hours. im in construction, a painter, so im moving frequently all day. should i eat before work or no?

    Yes mate u must eat upon rising..Sumthing of Low GI to keep the blood levels stable throughout the morning..Eating kick starts the bodys metabolism its a crucial part of weight loss

    it is the Glycemic Index, which is i believe the rate in which the body metabolises the food..u want a slow realease food which is LOW GI..to keep the blood sugar levels stable,stabalisation of blood sugar levels is the one of the keys to weight loss

    thanks all, im tryin to lose so i can take my first cycle. im not basing it on numbers but how i feel. im wondering what kind of tests i can take to tell me how healthy i am, like blood work, and any other stuff like that? what tests do u guys take?
