Hi all, Im 23 6'5" i weigh 340 lbs, and dont know my bf%, ive been lifting on and off since i was in high school. Numbers arent impressive but substantial. My main goal now is to lose weight, by the summer. Still lifting four days a week im now adding treadmills and bikes, followed by a walk after dinner to my routine. I hope this sounds like it makes sense, but its to the best of my knowledge. Thanks.
