I'm a Navy veteran and now a junior in college. Have been a lurker of this site for quite some time as a lot of the information is VERY good. Mainly the diet/technique forums.
I've never used gear and have recently started researching it for possible use next year. Spent the past few years in heavy cardio as I'm pretty ectomorphic by nature. About one year ago I decided to shift my focus on bodybuilding since even at 168lbs and excellent strength, definition, and endurance I was still considered the skinny guy. (which sucks major ass)
Anyways, thanks to all the members and vets for the great info you guys post. In my education choice and own personal experience I hope I can share some valuable knowledge with other members as well.
