Hey everyone whats up? The names Mike. I am not very new to the gym scene I have been going for about 3 years now. I have a pretty good diet and with in the last 12 months or so I have gained about 30lbs. I am 5'10 and wei***ng at 175, not sure what my bf% is. I am planning on doing a cutting cycle for summer, but not sure of the date. I am going to create a thread and ask for some advise. I have been reading this site for about 1 1/2 now and this is the only site I will trust. Any responses would be great..
