Hey guys/gals,
I'm a new member here, a buddy of mine that lurks here referred me here to ask questions.
I'm 6'4", 257 lbs, now overweight from my previous 215lbs weight after going through some medical issues. 38" waist, 36" length. Small arms, small chest muscles.
I've had bloodtests done on my T-levels after my dad, and 2 cousins all had thyroid cancer. Luckily, I'm in the clear, but it's motivated me to start taking care of myself. I've never really dieted before, though I have done some time at the gym doing cardio/weights, but I've never really been motivated. Now that this has happened, I'm more motivated than I could've ever expected to be, and I'm ready to make a life change.
Well, there's my introduction. I'm going to browse around, try and research what is available on the forums.
If anyone can direct me to a workout routine, a specific diet (I'd love a meal-by-meal breakdown, or exact calorie/protein/fat totals), and any supplements that might help someone with my size/weight.
