I am new to this board but spent a lot of time on some other boards a few years back. Just looking to get back to old form. Been doing the natural thing for the last two years but am ready to get a little jacked. I wont post my questions here but will ask on the other pages. Glad to be here and any help is appreciated. Oh yeah my stats are 6 '1' 230 around 15% bf hopefully no more. Trying to get down to 10 % again. bench 315 squat around the same and deadlift almost 400. Just wanted to make the 1000 lb club at my gym. Dont go heavy with squats or deads for fear of injury. Have to stay in shape for my job and be able to run long distances. So bulking up much more will only hurt me. Advice will be greatly appreciated. Thatks for having me aboard. Out
