hello how is everyone doin? i have been lifting for about two years now and always have been active since i was a kid i was the best athlete in our school played 3 sports and now i play football in college... we are going on break for summer and i want to take a cycle before fall season begins... i am 5' 11" 215 lbs my legs are very solid but upper body needs some help catching up..... i am 19 yrs old and am looking for help on what to take any suggestions? thx
