Hey, I'm 22 y/o, 6'1, 202lbs atm, 11.8% bodyfat and I have been goofing around with weights since i was about 14 or so. I've never really been serious about training until i was 18-19 for about a 10 month period.
I started out at 185 age 18 and trained hard for 10 months puting on 40 pounds with only creatine and a sloppy but adequate diet. I'm guessing 10lbs or so was fat due to the dirty diet but still a young metabolism.
For one reason or another i pretty much let my self go after reaching 315 max bench with a body weight of 225lbs (prolly around 16% body fat....or somthin, definitely not ripped.) I was 19 at the time.
I literally grew a beard, got a shitty job and played video games. I ate like a slob with ZERO exercise and peaked my fat ass out at about 242, 22% body fat. It took me to the age of 21 to get to 242lbs, ***ressed and out of shape. When i finally got out of that crappy job i decided it was time to get a grip on my gut.
Anyways, up to the point. I started getting back into the eating and the exercising late august 2006. Slowly and surely i now have my self wei***ng in at 202lbs, 11.8%. Im eager to get down to 7-8% body fat and then change up the diet, throw in some creatine, heavy lifting and put on some lean mass. When i feel I'm plateauing in strength and size i will be turning to the wonderful world of aas.
Thats my case and how i ended up here. Ive been reading like a freak, even books like "Anabolics 2006 by William Llewellyn" and "Mick Harts Laymen's Guide to Steroids"
Thanks for having me.
